Shipping Policy
Bavis Sales and Service, Inc. processes orders placed each and every business day. We ship by way of FedEx. If we are open and FedEx is picking up, we will process your order.
Assuming everything you order is in stock and your credit card is approved, orders placed before 1:00 pm Eastern time each business day will be processed and shipped the same day if possible. Orders placed after 1:00 pm will be shipped the next business day. We will contact you if for any reason we cannot fill your order within five business days.
FedEx will provide the shipping status to the email address that you provide with your order.
FedEx Freight orders usually ship next business day.
Pickup Orders you will be emailed when they are ready for pickup.
NOTE: Credit card processing for this site is handled by Authorize.net using Master Card, VISA, Discover or American Express. You will be required to log in to get access to parts and pricing. First time users will be sent an authorization code to activate their account once approval has been received by Bavis.
You will need the 'bill to' address for your credit card in order to set up your account. Remember that the 'bill to' address is the address where the credit card statement is sent each month. If using a company credit card make sure you enter the address where the credit card statement is sent. |
